UniConnect

Inspiration

Our desire to promote a stronger sense of community engagement and social impact served as the inspiration for UniConnect. In order to empower people to influence change through petitions, donations, and event participation, we set out to build a platform.

What it does

UniConnect is a versatile platform that enables users to file petitions for causes they care about, make meaningful donations to support various initiatives, and post and join social events that align with their interests. This helps in keeping the focus of community at a common ground to work together and help each other. We may also get new connections through this application and keep a check on what support people need.

The main tool we used for this is FIGMA

What's next for UniConnect

In the future, we plan to build UniConnect as a real working application by incorporating social sharing features to amplify the impact of petitions and events. We will also explore integration with social media platforms to widen the reach of the causes supported on UniConnect. Additionally, we aim to expand the platform's accessibility and scalability to accommodate even larger communities and a wider range of causes.
