Inspiration
I frequently encounter moments of epiphany that give birth to novel ideas. When I work on bringing these ideas to life, my focus tends to be fixated on the initial eureka moment. Unfortunately, this tunnel vision usually result in projects that are either not very useful or, in some cases, unfinished. Envisioning a scenario where I had an advisor to discuss these ideas, I realized the potential for overcoming obstacles and achieving successful execution. This vision inspired the creation of Uni-corn or torn, an AI powered chat interface where ideas can be refined and evaluated with the guidance of virtual mentors. Furthermore, the project draws inspiration from the Ratatouille movie to bring a touch of whimsy and culinary creativity to the process of idea refinement.
What it does
"Uni-corn or torn" acts as an advisor to facilitate the development and refinement of ideas. Where the harsh critic talks in the voice of Anton Ego from Ratatouille.
How I built it
I learned the fundamentals of prompt engineering through Andrew Ng's free course and applied it to this project on AWS PartyRock.
Challenges we ran into
I had a hard time getting the bot to talk in the voice of the characters from Ratatouille.
What we learned
I learned a lot about prompt engineering.
