The issue of the mass death of phytoplankton with the effects of climate change, especially with temperature levels and sea levels rising, is massively underplayed as a problem yet phytoplankton is responsible for a vast majority of the photosynthesis and in turn oxygen supply... even exerting carbon dioxide at certain temperatures that'll rapidly heat the world even more than it already does. So, I believe that creating a platform to both inform and encourage discourse/investigation into this risk that is currently not being addressed at all will be incredibly beneficial for preparation for future potential disasters.
