Solo project
Problem: What do mentors and mentees actually do together? Often times it's unclear to both parties what their goal is in the relationship, which makes it hard to get started and harder to make progress.
Solution: Connect mentors and mentees through a common project they want to see come to life. Mentees get more real world, hands on experience, and mentors know exactly how to advise and lead as the relationship progresses. Serves as a catalyst for making connections, UNCHARTED multiplies mentor impact across a whole team: making 1:1 mentoring more natural, and allowing the group to build something tangible together.
