We streamline and automate processes to minimize intermediaries, ensuring users retain more of their diligently earned capital. Our innovative management approach merges instantaneous personalized financial tools with accessible technology, bidding goodbye to outdated, fragile methodologies. Our aim is to deliver infrastructure so users can earn consistent and predictable returns across all market conditions.
What it does
UF allows users to create ETFs using hierarchical risk parity. The funds can be deposited into where users return the tokenized fund in return. The ETF can be rebalanced at any point in time. The risk engine is built using data feeds from various sources conveniently interfaced via Chainlink Functions for on-chain support.
How we built it
The app was built using Foundry, Solidity, Polygon, Chainlink, React and Vercel. It was built in a weekend or two and is still just a PoC.
What we learned
Chainlink and Polygon are great ecosystems to build on. Great support. Lots of technical understanding with how to build on top of.
What's next for Umbrella Finance
It would be nice to finish up the PoC with more ETF strategies, better UI/UX for display details surrounding risk metrics.
