I implemented the back-end, which was made up of a simple REST API (Node.js) that allowed the app to perform CRUD operations with a Mongo database. The API and our Apache web server (for our website) are both hosted on a small instance in Amazon Web Services. I also worked on the UI of the app a bit. Although I've worked with these technologies before, I am now more confident in using them as components of a system instead of standalone experimentation.

I did a lot of the Android Development, so that included the basic framework of the application, implementing external libraries and handling a lot of the app logic. I also helped out with the design in the early stages. Deployment on a platform like AWS was a really new experience for me so I took a bit of a backseat on that one, but I surprisingly learned quite a bit!

I helped mostly with the design. And any problems the user encounters. Minor editing in the beginning. Mostly learned and shadowed on how to use android studios
