Inspiration

Limitation of existing solutions and lack of tools to collect global data to measure the extent of human-wildlife conflict.

What it does

Ulinzi is a multi platform App made to protect both humans and wildlife. it collects, provides accurate data in real time to map, alert and monitor the area of ​​potential / actual conflict.

Data of mapping of conflict zones are transmitted in real time to the authorities so that they can take action by relocating livestock. send an alert in the local languages to the community so that they know where an area is / may be in conflict.

What we learned

To what extent urgent solutions are needed to resolve the problem of human-wildlife conflict, working as a team with several professionals.

How we built the project

we built the project on the basis of the available information, approach, background, knowledge and experience of each of us.

Challenges we ran into

Distance, black-out, internet instability, Harmonize and synthesize all the information collected from the entire team, so that we can have a unanimous solution.
