Inspiration

We were inspired by Palantir's assistance in the rollout of vaccine delivery. We had in mind the energy crisis and how Foundry could be used to allocate energy resources more efficiently.

What it does

Displays complex energy data in a easy to digest format.

How we built it

Using Foundry after cleaning data with Python.

The learning curve associated with using Foundry.

Figuring out to create a map using location data in Foundry.

The hardest of the project is finding and handling the data and getting it into a usable format.

What's next for UK Energy Dashboard

Incorporating price data and predictive modelling to optimise the deployment of new renewable energy sources across the UK.
