Inspiration

The toughest part of design is getting past the blank canvas. Speed up the trial and error process by mocking up a quick sketch to create infinite variations

What it does

Upload a sketch of a ui wireframe to create a hi definition mockup

How we built it

We used react to create a figma plugin with a flask server as the backend to leverage open source models on huggingface

Challenges we ran into

Working with huggingface's API to retrieve the generated image and getting that image into figma through their API

Accomplishments that we're proud of

The result we were able to get from the model were above our expectations

How to build a figma plugin as well as how to set up a flask server

What's next for UiAi

Utilizing newer models for image generation and using a figma wireframe instead of a sketch for the input.
