Inspiration
This project is inspired by Zomato, an Indian multi-national food delivery company that continued to deliver foods and services through its app and website when it was lockdown across the country. Their website is very interactive and engaging which helps us order the best dish for the moment.
What it does
My project is the landing page UI for Zomato that offers users/customers to view and order the dishes and cousins that different restaurants in different locations offer.
How I built it
I built it using Visual Studio Code IDE and HTML5 and CSS3.
Challenges we ran into
The main challenge was to select a theme and color palette that determines the look and feel of the website.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
I am proud that I successfully created a responsive and accessible website for Technica 2021.
What we learned
I learned the importance of user experience and interaction with the website and also the importance of accessibility to various users.
What's next for UI/UX for Zomato Landing page
I will try turning this idea into a similar but full-stack application that will help thousands of users to connect to the services/products.
