The agent reads brand details and sends pitch emails to them, then looks at your past social posts and sends you a new script based on what worked. It reduces work for content and UGC creators.
Inspiration I've always like travel content creation, and I wanted to start UGC creation for local businesses around me so I can build a profile that could later help me become a travel creator and I thought it would be helpful to have a tool that helped me send emails automatically and make a strong script that pulls audiences.
What it does There are 2 parts to the agent. First, it takes information for a google sheet that has the brands name, email, and some info. Then it tailors a script and it automatically sends an email to all the brands on your list. Second, it looks at your past posts or you can manually fill in info about trending posts, and it will make you a script with what visuals, transitions, and hooks to add to attract more views.
How we built it For the first part, I used Make.com to send the emails. The second part I used code in Apps Script using Google sheets to analyze the social media.
Challenges we ran into A challenge I ran into was like the limitations of the APIs like the instagram API would not let the AI look through actual posts, and other challenges were just going through the code to find errors.
Accomplishments that we're proud of are being able to go through the code and finally finding the errors and making everything right and also building my first AI Agent.
What we learned- I learned more about how Agents work and how workflows work. I also learned that you can add AI tools to a lot of apps like google sheets.
What's next for UGC AI Agent- I myself used the agent and sent emails to a few brands and I made a script for a travel reel I plan to shoot when I go to the Great Sand Dunes National Park next month. I also had a micro travel creator I follow on Instagram try it out. My next step would be to get few more creators to use this, and get their feedback and improve and add on to the workflow.
