Inspiration

Our inspiration for this project was the need for a website that would show the location of a building and its listed events next to it, making it easy to access.

What it does

This website's main functionality is to show various buildings throughout campus and list events that may interest the user.

How we built it

We built this website using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, which were separated into different files to allow for efficient code organization and easier troubleshooting.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges we ran into was getting the events to pop up in the leftmost tab on our website screen because of an issue with the code in JavaScript.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are very proud to have been able to use Google Maps API to create a website that could potentially help thousands of students.

What we learned

Making complex code for a website is not an easy task! Somewhat stressful moments came when alternatives to already non-functioning code were not working.
