Inspiration

The UpDawg Hodler Community inspired the uDawgDAO Team to build uDawgBot, aiming to provide read methods, updates and notifications about TRC20 smart contract events directly to Telegram group chats.

What it does

uDawgBot is designed to deliver read methods, updates and notifications about TRC20 smart contract events directly to Telegram group chats. It allows users to access to read methods of any TRC20 smart contract. Additionally, by incorporating bot games, uDawgBot opens up additional monetization opportunities for users, making their experience more interactive and rewarding. Whether you’re a community member, seasoned trader, developer, or curious investor, uDawgBot provides you access to stay informed about every TRC20 smart contract on the TRON ecosystem.

How we built it

uDawgBot is built using TRON, TronWeb, Telegraph, node.js, npm, tronbot, telegram, and web3. These technologies were leveraged to create a seamless experience for users, allowing them to access read methods, updates and notifications about TRC20 smart contract events directly on Telegram group chats.

Challenges we ran into

One of the most significant challenges we encounter is gaining trust and awareness among Tronics, as UpDawg is not a standard TRC20 smart contract token. Overcoming this hurdle required extensive outreach and education efforts to demonstrate the value and legitimacy of the uDawg ecosystem.

What we learned

Through the development and deployment of uDawgBot, we learned that the most important aspect of any project is the community it serves. Building and nurturing a strong, engaged community is crucial for the success and sustainability of any endeavor. We gained valuable insights into the needs and preferences of Tronics, emphasizing the significance of community-driven development and support.
