UCR USD Currency Exchange to Any!

Inspiration

We saw one of the tracks being social impact, so we decided to go for a route that makes people have an easier time converting the United States Dollars into another form of currency based on their ISO.

What it does

This converts the United States Dollars into the ISO Dollars.

How we built it

We used VSCode and ran it in the terminal using C++. By using a lot of if statements and taking into consideration capitalization.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into problems with GitHub as we have only recently been able to learn how to use it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we are able to participate and be able to do our first hackathon with almost little to no CS experience.

What we learned

We learned that writing a ton of code into one main branch is a pain.

What's next for UCR USD Currency Exchange to Any!

Hopefully, we have an API that keeps track of the currency without any problems in the future.
