Inspiration

I found myself coming To 2 marina blvd and always having to type it out...i would have liked to have a button to save this trip and then from my app just click one button to auto put in the desitination and my current location...way less thinking and typing.

What it does

Checks your trip history for common trips to make suggestions on what trips to bookmark and allows you to input a trip.

How I built it

Uber Api, ionic framework for the app

Challenges I ran into

Getting authentication to work, understanding the api calls. Spent alot of time setting up a server with rest-api framework in django but ended up sucking all my time and decided to spend remaining time on app

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

Authentication, showing profile, the idea and making it quasi work in a very limited amount of time

What's next for Uber Ride Favs

Put it on the app store, however uber will probably implement all the features in their own native app after seeing the idea.
