Inspiration: We wanted to use Mappedin to provide a solution to a problem. But what problem can we solve???

What it does: Find the building nearby you at UBC on the map and then clicking on the building will take you to the individual indoor building maps to navigate to the washroom of your preference.

How we built it: We used Mapbox to render the UBC map and markers, and Mappedin to render the inside map of the buildings.

Challenges we ran into: The biggest one was getting Mappedin maps to render, and since they are new, there are not many resources online to get help from.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: THAT WE COMPLETED WHAT WE WANTED TO MAKE!!!

What we learned: We learned how to use Mapbox and Mappedin to render indoor and outdoor maps.

What's next for UBC Lav Nav: We will continue to add more buildings to the map and make the UI more user-friendly.
