Inspiration
This is the First project we did on our first year in college.
What it does
A Speed Typer that calculates the WPM of the User and can have a variety of text or paragraphs to type.
How we built it
We first built it in C language and converted it to a HTML File.
Challenges we ran into
The compiler we used can't be in real time so we managed to do it by merging the typing and the time each time a letter has been typed but using HTML we can now calculate it in real time so its fully functional.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
As a Beginner Programmer we done this by asking our superiors or seniors what to do or how to maximize the program.
What we learned
Some best way to do a code without making it over and over or make the program run faster not slower it's run time and progress to others Desktop.
What's next for TypingSpeed
TypingSpeed is purely a program that can be used with your friends by competing so we could plan a leaderboard but for now it's mostly for local desktops.
