What it does - use the concept of 2D arrays for game of tic tac toe

How we built it - using python

Challenges we ran into - setting proper rule to play the game

Accomplishments that we're proud of - it work

What we learned - by usage of simple rules(conditional statement) and knowledge of 2D array could result in an interesting game such as tic tac toe

What's next for two player game - tic tac toe (done)
