To understand people's feeling about some products or service , their reviews on some particular topic . To identify as well classify their sentiments that expressed in the tweets.
What it does
Twitter sentiment analysis provides many exciting opportunities. Being able to analyze tweets in real-time, and determine the sentiment that underlies each message. Twitter sentiment analysis allows you to keep track of what’s being said about your product or service on social media, and can help you detect angry customers or negative mentions before they they escalate.
How we built it
Applied python libraries such as Pandas , Matplotlib and Seaborn to analyze and visualize text dataset. Performed exploratory data analysis and plot word cloud. Performed text data cleaning such as removing punctuation and stop words. Performed tokenization to tweet text data using Scikit Learn lib. Train Naive Bayes Classifier models to perform classification and evaluate it's performance.
