What it does:
Create a new SalesForce task by #SFtask (from authorized twitter handle)
Create a new SalesForce note by #SFnote (from authorized twitter handle)
Sentiment analysis note created for each twitter mention. This takes each mentioned tweet and assigns a number value correlating with how positive or negative the tweet is.
Use a question mark in the 'description' field of new event generates a response from IBM's Watson sent directly to inbox and posted as note in Salesforce.
Ask IBM's Watson any travel related question over twitter by #SalesforceSmart and receive emailed response.
