Most of the times, the applications which track a lost phone need WiFi. So we thought of a Wi-Fi free solution which uses the good old long-forgotten bluetooth.
When a user loses his phone, he then immediately sends a text message containing a code(which would be setup when the user first uns the application) to his phone. The application starts running and sees if it has received a valid code from the owner. If so, it immediately turns on the Bluetooth and sends a message via Bluetooth to the all the nearby Bluetooth peers asking them to inform the owner of its location and the present timestamp.
It doesn't have any interface, but we are showing one, just to portray what gets displayed.
