What it does

At TutorBo, our team uses the power of a GPT-4 based application, seamlessly integrated with augmented reality technology. This innovative approach enables students to engage with a virtual tutor at their convenience. The user experience is streamlined—simply present TutorBo with the subject of focus, and the application adeptly parses through individual notes. Subsequently, it initiates a comprehensive teaching session, complemented by interactive quizzes tailored to the specific content under consideration. TutorBo represents a sophisticated solution, redefining the educational landscape by merging cutting-edge technology with personalized learning experiences.

How we built it

In order to build TutorBo we used Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, A-Frame, Three.js, Figma, and Google Cloud.

Challenges we ran into

Difficulty having the front-end part of the app display all the answers being outputted by our AI

Learning curve when integrating AI into an augmented reality space

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Our machine learning model was able to create and review answers. We were also able to integrate a file scanning feature.
