PROBLEM STATEMENT
Core problem: Bangladesh has a large gap between what students learn and what they can prove by doing real work. Many university/college students have theoretical knowledge, certificates, or basic technical skills, but they struggle to obtain small, credible, real-world experience before graduation. At the same time, many small and local businesses have digital/operational problems but cannot justify hiring a full-time specialist or paying an agency for every small task.
Student-side pain: lack of practical experience, weak portfolios, difficulty translating skills into paid work, and a weak connection between learning and actual market demand.
Business-side pain: business owners often know they need digital help but cannot clearly define the required job, find trustworthy affordable talent, supervise the work, or judge the final quality.
Why this is serious in Bangladesh:
The ILO reported in May 2025 that more than 26 million young people in Bangladesh were ready to enter the workforce, while many did not yet have skills demanded by modern industries.
ADB reports a persistent skills mismatch: 17.1% of establishments surveyed in 2021-2022 said vacancies were hard to fill because applicants lacked needed skills/competencies; youth unemployment was 10.5% and underemployment 13.8% in the cited April 2024 data.
ILO has reported that 22% of Bangladeshi youth aged 15-29 were NEET (not in employment, education or training) in its cited national data, with young women disproportionately affected.
Therefore the problem is not only “students cannot find jobs”; it is the wider transition problem: learning → proof → experience → income → employment.
Important competitive reality: Bangladesh already has job, internship and student-project platforms. The startup must not claim the category is empty. The differentiation is the AI-native workflow: business problem → structured micro-project → capability match → AI-assisted execution → verification → proof-of-work record.
Part 1 — Problem & Core Solution
KajKori AI is an AI-powered platform that bridges the gap between Bangladeshi students who need real-world experience and local businesses/SMEs that need affordable digital, technical, marketing, design, research, and other practical services. A business owner can describe a problem in Bangla or English without knowing how to create a technical job description. The Gemini API analyzes the request, understands the actual business need, and converts it into a structured micro-project with required skills, estimated budget, deadline, tasks, and expected deliverables.
Part 2 — AI + Student Workflow
KajKori AI divides each business problem into AI-only, human-required, and AI-assisted tasks. If Gemini can completely solve a task, the platform does not unnecessarily assign it to a student. When human execution is required, KajKori matches the project with suitable students based on their skills, portfolio, availability, location, previous performance, and verified experience. Gemini works as the student's AI copilot for research, planning, coding, content generation, analysis, documentation, and problem-solving, while the student provides human execution, local understanding, client communication, implementation, physical work, and accountability.
Part 3 — Verification & Impact
After completing the project, the business reviews and approves the work, while KajKori AI uses Gemini to compare the submitted deliverables with the original requirements and generate an evaluation. Successful projects are added to the student's Proof-of-Work Passport, showing real completed projects, demonstrated skills, client ratings, and work history instead of relying only on certificates or CV claims. Therefore, the platform creates a complete cycle: Business Problem → Gemini AI Analysis → Micro-Project → Student Matching → AI-Assisted Execution → Verification → Payment → Verified Experience. Businesses receive affordable solutions, while students gain income, practical experience, confidence, and stronger employability.
Part 4 — Business Model & Startup Growth
KajKori AI will earn through multiple revenue streams, including 5–10% commission on completed projects, monthly business subscriptions for advanced AI project creation, talent matching and project management, university SaaS subscriptions for employability and skill analytics, recruitment/placement fees when businesses permanently hire students through the platform, and optional premium student plans for advanced career tools. The startup can initially operate with a small team consisting of a Founder/CEO, Full-Stack/CTO, AI/Product Engineer, and Business/Community Manager, starting with a few universities and nearby SMEs before expanding across Bangladesh. The long-term vision is to create a Bangladesh-focused AI-powered talent and SME execution network where students turn their skills into verified economic value, businesses get affordable human execution supported by AI, universities gain employability insights, and KajKori AI generates recurring revenue through transactions, subscriptions, and recruitment.
