Inspiration - was trying to make a low cost mask for everyone to wear to open the economy faster

What it does - face shield and air filter

How I built it - bought mask, bought coupler, took apart HVAC filter to make media and assembled it

Challenges I ran into - none

Accomplishments that I'm proud of - its cheap and cheerful

What I learned - still learning, getting feedback from medical professionals

What's next for turning a $12 snorkel mask into a full face respirator - build a ton of these and give them to hospitals if they can be funded

This first idea is to make something for medical professionals but the end goal is to get to something consumers could wear to reduce the chance for exposure. If we did it right we could give every person in the USA a $20 mask for about 6 billion dollars and restart our economy immediately after saving Trillions over prolonged shutdown.
