TubeNotes

We decided to make this project with 1 main goal in mind: efficiency. While we're studying, we realized that there are faster ways to study having the same quality of study. Time management was always something that we struggled with, so we knew we had to do something related to it. To make this project, we made a "website" using replit. To make the summary, we used the youtube-transcript-api to extract the subtitles of a video and bert-extractive-summarizer to summarize the subtitles. We then converted this code into Javascript and pasted it into the website code. While making this, we faced many issues with the summary. We were not able to print the summary, the functions are messing up, etc. We eventually were able to overcome these challenges to create TubeNotes, a time-efficient "website" for taking notes on Youtube.
