How I Built It

   • n8n orchestrates data collection, analysis, and PDF generation.
     
   • QuickChart/API2PDF renders branded, 12-page audit decks.
     
3. AI Insights
   
   • OpenAI prompts generate per-page “insight” and “action” blocks.
     
   • Lite vs. Full reports drive FOMO and conversions.

Challenges Faced

• YouTube API Limits: Balancing granular retention metrics without blowing quotas.
  
• Template Design: Making a flexible PDF template that scales from Lite (3 pages) to Full (12 pages).
  
• User Experience: Blurring premium sections to motivate upgrades without frustrating free users.

What I Learned
