Inspiration

When we looked at the distribution of Theta coins staked to Guardian Nodes, it occurred to us that more even distribution across a higher number of nodes was desirable, to further improve safety of the Theta Blockchain. So, we set out to create a 1-click Guardian Node and a cluster of Elite Edge Nodes. Our goal was not to copy what already existed, but establish something different. A more playful staking experience that allows our users to earn Tfuel and collect NFTs issued by us, which ultimately adds more value to the Theta ecosystem. All of our servers are enterprise grade servers located in data centers in the respective country and we managed to create our own NFT brand under the Theta Man character, which has now become a well-recognized feature associated with our staking site.

What it does

tStake.io is a 1-click staking service that allows users to earn Tfuel and NFTs by delegating their Theta and/or Tfuel to our nodes. Our Guardian Node runs on multiple instances across continents to ensure 24/7 operation without any blocks missed. More instances are planned in the future. Our cluster of EENs provides easy staking experience for earning Tfuel.

We display the status of all our nodes right on our website, on the Monitor page, which means our stakers can easily check the status of GN/EEN nodes to which they stake their Theta/Tfuel. If any node goes offline, we get notified.

After entering a wallet address, our website allows anybody (not just our stakers) to view one's received staking rewards and his/her staking rewards history. We were the first website to allow easy viewing of all NFTs issued on the Theta Blockchain! Our My NFTs page displays multiple NFTs on a single page.

  • First website to launch an easy-to-use NFT viewing page
  • Launch of one of the first decentralized NFTs on the Theta Blockchain
  • Introduction of Theta Man – an NFT cartoon character designed to spread awareness of Theta Blockchain's NFT and smart contract capabilities
  • As a promo campaign, we distributed 1000 of the Theta Man on the Moon NFT to Theta Network users who sent 1 Tfuel to our address. For many of them, it was their first NFT. Crypto enthusiasts were able to learn how to view an NFT in a Theta wallet and learned how to interact with it through a smart contact, such as moving the NFT between wallets.

What's next for tStake.io

We plan to deploy more instances of our Guardian Node on new continents, to make our service truly global.

We are developing new promotions aimed at further developing our Theta Man NFT character and are currently working with a talented Graphic Designer.

We started our journey when independently issued NFTs on the Theta Blockchain were scarce and people were asking us, "Why did you make a NFT viewer? What is it good for?" A lot has changed in the Theta landscape over last few months. As we continue this journey, we sincerely hope people start asking us, "Why doesn't every staking service offer the same features as tStake.io?"
