a major challenge that faces digital retail is the inability of users to try on items like one would in-person. Our solution utilizes state-of-art ML to allow users to try on clothes virtually

How we built it

we used a VTONmodel called CP-VTON that takes a picture of an item of clothing and a picture of a person and puts the clothes on the person

Challenges we ran into

too many to count, but ask in-person for the whole odyssey! but tldr; getting the right dependencies and setting up the environment for code to work

Accomplishments that we're proud of

the machine learning model deployment and the ability to hack together an app in the last few hours

What we learned

it is hard installing all the right dependencies and that is the hardest part about building a machine learning enabled app

What's next for Try-it-on

to optimize the ML models to work with more complicated poses
