However, a common challenge arises when we lack proper awareness of current market trends and encounter difficulties in verifying the authenticity of properties and estates. This lack of transparency and traceability hampers our ability to make informed decisions, often leaving us feeling misguided.

At TrustWise platform, our primary goal is to address these challenges by equipping you with the latest property price trends, data feeds, and real-world insights. By connecting you with the current market scenario, we ensure that you receive the information you need to make informed decisions and obtain what you truly deserve in your real estate endeavours. What it does & how we build ?

TrustWise Estate platform offers a decentralized approach to investing in real estates and the metaverse. Our platform allows you to explore a wide range of activities, including selling, buying, renting, and even renting out properties. Here, properties and estates are registered and transformed into NFTs, leveraging the power of "IPFS" and "Pinata" to securely store the metadata. This ensures an enhanced level of authenticity and transparency in all property dealings. I also used Quicknode is a node provider that lets you connect to various different blockchains.

Another valuable aspect of our platform is the access to real-time knowledge regarding property prices, trends, and current data feeds. We achieve this through the utilization of Chainlink DataFeed services, specifically NFT Floor PriceFeeds. By leveraging this service, we provide you with updated information on the current market trends, empowering you to make informed decisions.

To connect to real-time data, we employ Chainlink Functions, which enable seamless integration with APIs like "CoinMarket" and "CoinGecko." This allows us to tap into valuable insights and real-time data feeds.

TrustWise Estate platform is your go-to solution for exploring the decentralized landscape of real estate investments. With the power of NFTs, Chainlink DataFeed services, and seamless API integrations, we offer an innovative and transparent platform for all your property-related needs. I have majorly worked upon on one of its use-cases of NFTs.

Challenges we ran into

  1. As a newcomer to working with Chainlink & Space and Time and developing a Dapp, I faced the challenge of comprehending their documentations and navigating their SDKs. This task proved to be time-consuming as I worked on constructing the architectural and coding layout based on these resources.

  2. Throughout the process, I encountered unfamiliarity with various frameworks and functions, particularly Next.js and its associated libraries. This required me to invest time in understanding and working with these tools to effectively implement the desired functionalities.

  3. A crucial aspect of the development involved establishing a connection between the smart contract and the endpoint created to retrieve the ready-to-be-redeemed data packages. This required extensive troubleshooting and resolving errors encountered during the compilation of the smart contract. Eventually, I successfully obtained the "NFT contract address" and proceeded with the integration process.

What we learned

  1. I worked solo, I learned wide range of skillset and enhancing my self driven nature -such as understanding developer doc rather then searching on youtube, using frameworks & sdks, ideation, building, presentation etc.
  2. Got better understanding of Chainlink functions, Data-Price Feeds, NFT contracts etc.
  3. I got better at solving and debugging coding errors.

What's next for TrustWise Estate

  1. Implementation of all the planned API callings.
  2. Fetch data using NFT Datafeed pricing.
