💡 Inspiration

Online gaming platforms often lure users with ‘play and earn’ schemes, leading to fraudulent transactions, financial losses, and mental stress. Many users unknowingly fall victim to scams due to fake gaming websites with insecure payment systems. Inspired by the growing need for financial security in gaming, Trusto was created to detect fraudulent transactions and protect users from scams.

🚀 What it does

Trusto is an AI-powered security solution that:

Detects fraudulent transactions using real-time risk analysis. Verifies SSL certificates to ensure secure gaming platforms. Analyzes terms & conditions to flag risky clauses. Calculates trust scores for gaming websites based on security metrics. Provides mental health support for fraud victims. Allows users to raise complaints against fake gaming platforms.

🛠️ How we built it

Frontend: Developed using FlutterFlow, with a UI inspired by Figma designs. Backend: Integrated APIs for fraud detection, SSL verification, and trust scoring. APIs Used: Sift API – Fraud detection & risk scoring for transactions. SSL Labs API – Checks website SSL security. OpenAI GPT-4 API – Summarizes & flags risky terms. Sift API – Trustworthiness scoring for users & platforms.

⚠️ Challenges we ran into

API Integration: Implementing multiple security APIs while ensuring seamless performance. Frontend Development: Transitioning from Figma designs to FlutterFlow without prior experience. Feasibility Concerns: Ensuring the system effectively detects scams across multiple gaming platforms.
