We're inspired by parents who have faced the challenge of caring for sick children and managing multitasking at home during the Covid lockdown. Team is inspired by the incredible strength and resilience of super parents who juggle multiple responsibilities and still manage to accomplish so much. We understand that being a super parent means needing support not just during emergencies, but also when striving to achieve personal and professional goals. That's why we're developing platform that connects families with nannies who are suitable for their individual needs, providing them with the freedom to focus on their goals or duties. We're dedicated to creating more job opportunities and supporting the growth of the childcare and service provider industries, recognising the crucial role that quality care and support play in the lives of families.
What it does
The platform is designed to provide families with a list of available nannies in their local area, along with information about their qualifications, experience, and background. App is providing a rating system that would enable families to rate the performance of their chosen nannies. This would help other families to make informed decisions when choosing a nanny and provide valuable feedback to the nannies themselves.
For families: For those who wish to register as a nanny, we have high requirements such as a nanny certificate, a criminal record check, and ID or passport verification. Additionally, nannies will have their own rating system and receive feedback from customers. Parents also have the option to make a video call to the nanny before booking a babysitting service. Once all questions have been clarified, the reservation of the service can be made at the touch of a button.

For nannies: For nannies offering their services, our platform offers new and unique bonuses that are not available in this area. These bonuses include the option to reserve the amount on the client's card in case of a last-minute cancellation, as well as the opportunity to earn more during peak hours. A separate application will be developed for nannies, which will include a notification about peak hours when demand exceeds supply and the tariff will increase accordingly. Additionally, for an additional fee, our service will offer streamlined accounting services, which will be purchased from a partner. In the future, we plan to consider the idea of concluding agreements with local governments so that parents can receive co-financing from the state. This will be an added benefit for parents who use our platform to find a reliable babysitter.

How we built it
We did user research where we found out actual situation in market from both sides families and nannies. During brainstorming and meetings with experts and mentors, we faced challenges and problems. But they will be our opportunities in to our future plans. Afterwards we created prototype homepage using Figma and HTML, SCSS un Github.
Challenges we ran into
We faced several challenges: first how to keep product users using our web page instead of other communication channels, second the level of trust for both sides - nannies and families, third how to balance supply vs demand in busy time

What we learned
What's next for Trusted Nanny the future,
the team plans to expand their platform beyond just nannies and include other service providers that families may need. This could include services such as tutors, housekeepers, and pet sitters, sick-nurse, assistants for seniors among others. By expanding their platform, the team hopes to provide families with a more comprehensive solution to their needs.
The monetization of our business will be based on deducting commissions from the services provided by the nanny. The commission rate will be determined in the future. The next mandatory stage is the development of a mobile application for the nanny. This app will provide the nanny with notifications and will allow parents to track the nanny's location during the service. The application will also serve as a tool for tracking the time of the services provided by the nanny.
Our development plans include promoting our service through social media, advertising on these platforms, attracting influencers, and distributing advertising materials in clinics and shopping centers.
