Blockchain Protecting The Path of Your Donation-Every Allocation, Spend and Delivery Visible to Donors/Recipients

What it does

Place trust and transparency in charitable donations using blockchain technology by making all transactions emutable. Most donation and charitable expenditures are not open to the public for review. This project will make everything transparent.

How we built it

Trusted Giving was built using ethereum for blockchain, node.js/javascript for the communication between ethereum and our web site, html/javascript/c# to create our web site.

Challenges we ran into

The blockchain technologies are new and has limited resources on the web for trouble shooting

Accomplishments that we are proud of

We feel that we have a project that could possibly change the landscape of charitable donations.

What we learned

Blockchain can be used to hold people accountable for their actions.

What's next for Trusted Giving

We will continue to build our business model, pitch the project for donations and create hackathons to take our prototype to a scalable successful website.
