Inspiration
TruePathway was created to make Australian high school learning clearer and easier to access. Many students struggle to find structured resources that match their state curriculum, especially across NSW and Victoria.
What it does
TruePathway is an online learning platform with curriculum-aligned lessons, worked examples, practice questions, quizzes and progress tracking. It is designed to help students study independently and understand exactly what they need to learn.
How I built it
I designed and developed the platform using modern web technologies, with a focus on a clean interface, simple navigation and structured learning content. I also used OpenAI tools to support content workflows, quality checking and the creation of clear educational explanations.
What I learned
I learned how important it is to combine good technology with accurate curriculum structure. Building an education platform is not only about creating content; it also requires careful validation, consistent data, clear user experience and reliable learning pathways.
Challenges
The biggest challenge was ensuring that every lesson and question matched the correct curriculum knowledge point. I also needed to manage a large amount of structured content while keeping the platform simple and easy for students to use.
What's next
The next step is to expand TruePathway across more Australian subjects and year levels, improve personalised learning recommendations, and add more tools for teachers and students.
