Buying a home is one of the biggest financial choices a person can make. Unfortunately, it is currently driven by a serious imbalance of information. The market mainly features listing sites that sell a "dream" by focusing on appearances while leaving out crucial details about safety and quality of life. Buyers, especially those purchasing a home for the first time, face "invisible risks" like high seismic activity, flood zones, heat islands, noise pollution, and high crime rates. Right now, there is no central and easy-to-understand tool that checks the location itself, turning the buying process into a "location lottery."

Our business model is based on multiple streams targeting the "Trust Economy":

B2C Freemium Model: Basic safety scores are free. Detailed technical reports (the "Deep Scan") require payment.

B2B Partnerships: Insurance companies and banks can use our risk API to adjust premiums and mortgage rates more accurately.

Local Ecosystem: A marketplace where local services—such as kindergartens and secure parking—can connect with confirmed new residents. This creates a self-sustaining revenue loop. The scalability is high since the underlying data systems (GIS, OpenData) can be replicated across European markets.

We aim to make geotechnical and social data more accessible, turning complex government metrics into a straightforward 0-100 "Safety Score."

For users, this means lower financial risk and improved safety.

For cities, it encourages sustainable urban improvement (SDG 11) by steering investment away from high-risk areas.

For the community, it creates a "Human Intelligence Layer" where verified locals provide qualitative data, linking digital statistics with real-world situations.

Our team believes that technology should act as a shield for those at risk. We are motivated to tackle a real-world issue that impacts millions—the housing crisis and the lack of transparency in the real estate market.

We are involved in this initiative to bridge the gap between a data prototype and a market-ready product that can truly enhance how people live in cities. We believe our diverse backgrounds in engineering and data science enable us to turn this complicated issue into a user-friendly solution.

The project will be developed through a multidisciplinary framework that intersects data science with urban analytics. Our approach focuses on designing a scalable aggregation model capable of synthesizing heterogeneous information layers—ranging from environmental metrics to infrastructural variables.

Technical development will prioritize the creation of a dynamic algorithm intended to normalize these disparate data points into a coherent and comparative index. Furthermore, we intend to validate our findings through an iterative process, ensuring statistical relevance and alignment with established safety standards, while maintaining a modular architecture to allow for the future integration of emerging data sources and predictive modeling techniques.
