Inspiration
In modern smart cities, millions of young professionals migrate to urban centers for work, leaving their aging parents alone in different locations. Managing elderly healthcare remotely is a massive urban challenge. Delays during medical emergencies or missed medications can lead to severe crises. We built CareBridge to bridge this gap, ensuring that senior citizens in urban environments have a digital safety net that connects them to their families and localized emergency services instantly.
What it does
CareBridge is a smart health monitoring platform and remote care system designed for urban families. It allows elderly parents to track vital metrics like blood pressure and blood sugar levels through a senior-friendly dashboard. The platform automatically syncs this data in real time, allowing distant family members to monitor health trends. In case of a critical health threshold breach or accident, a one-tap Emergency SOS feature immediately broadcasts alerts, location details, and automated notifications to family members and integrated medical responders.
