Inspiration
I was inspired by the games I used to play as a kid where they would give you a riddle, but there would be a catch to the puzzle and you would have to do something clever to beat the puzzle.
What it does
In this game, you are given a set of puzzles that you have to solve and you depending on how fast you beat them, you win
How I built it
I used the Scratch game engine to make the game, PiskleApp to make the sprites, and Bosca Ceoil to make the music
Challenges I ran into
One challenge I ran into was that I was working by myself and my other teammate wasn't active. Another problem I ran into was trying to get things to work off screen. One of the ideas I had was to have to the user put there mouse over the full screen button, so I had to try to make it so try to get the coordinates of the mouse pointer off screen. Another problem I was having trouble into was trying to save space in my Scratch project. I didn't want to have so many sprites because then the project becomes unplayable and super slow, so I had to try to optimize and think out of the box to save space
What I learned
I was able to improve my artistic skills and my music skills
