Agriculture business directory
Inspiration
What it does
We have created a simple dashboard to visualize the agriculture-related business in the area covering the geographic area which covers a vast terrain from Chatham-Kent down to Windsor-Essex and including Leamington.
How we built it
The frontend is build various technologies consisting of HTML, CSS and React.js. While in the backend we are using Python to fetch the data form the Google Maps using Web Scrapper
Challenges we ran into
We faced many obstacles ,in the form of fetching data form the Google Maps and Places.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Participating in the WINHACKS Hackathon for the first time.
What we learned
While , working in a team synchronization in between the different modules created by different members among the team is very important .
What's next for Business analytics
Finding more details and adding more filters with improving UI and optimizing the backend.
