I was inspired to create this project as I am someone who likes to learn new things and has a hard time waking up in the morning!

Trivial Times is a mobile app that adds a unique twist to the classic alarm clock. The alarm clock can only be turned off or snoozed by answering trivia questions. These trivia questions aren't random though, they are questions from topics that the user has selected that they'd like to work on or study.

I built on the app on Figma and in VSCode using python.

Challenges I ran into were the lack of time to put in a more sample questions into the code.

I'm very proud of how the prototype turned out and that there are sample questions within the code.

I learned how to use Figma more efficiently and how to import datetime into my code to identify the user's local time.

My next step for Trivial Times is pushing out an active beta version of the app and making the user input more efficient, so they are able to add their own questions to the app as well as verify other user's questions.
