In the last few months, we have been working on building a framework of our project. And now we are thrilled to announce that we have made strides in what Tristan is working towards. Our core solution — Tristan Alliance — has come a long way from being just a sketch of what we wished to achieve.
Tristan Alliance is the core behind our SaaS business model. It allows us to deliver tools to our partners. These tools are aimed at helping our partners in building and fostering web 3.0 communities on Telegram, Discord, and other social media websites. On the other hand, we provide quality of life features to our end users.
The Problem with Web3.0 Community Management
The idea of Tristan Alliance came from team’s thinking on the industry pain points. After in-depth investigation, we have identified several pain points plaguing web3.0, which add difficulties to great projects to attract traffic and manage their community efficiently:
High entry barrier from Web2.0 to web3.0 The multi-step complex process of joining in events and interacting with dApps Low user acquisition and retention. Our Solution: Social Saas with embedded multi-chain account
To solve the above pain points, we developed Tristan Alliance, a Web3 solution provider for marketing and operating challenges that most projects face.
Tristan Alliance will interact with users in form of SaaS module, widgets, and APIs. With its embedded multi-chain account integration system, Tristan Alliance provides Web3.0 projects unique activity module with automatic reward distribution and easy crypto asset transaction within social platform.
Tristan Alliance is currently under testing and can be integrated into TG and Discord, supporting BNB Chain, METIS, Ethereum, and Polygon, and it will also support more L1 and L2 chains in the near future.
A Paradigm Shift from Growth to Transaction
To better understand our solution and focus, we will be subdividing the feature set into three parts:
1) Commercial: It will be focused on expanding the user base, making community operation easier, and increasing user retention and interaction. To work on user retention, we will be providing various options. Options like quizzes, text-based games, voting, user assets qualification, daily tasks, etc to community/project managers and allow them to set parameters through which our solution will interact with their community across discord, telegram, and other social media platforms. It will also include an achievement system where active members will be rewarded alongside automated events, sweepstakes, and more!!
2) Consumer-Centric: It consists of features that are focused on end-users. These consist of the ability to create your embedded multi-chain account with one click or being able to interact with major projects without ever leaving your social media platform is an example of our vision. Now you no longer need to navigate to various websites or go through a cumbersome process i.e: The ability to sell-buy on any DEX from one page or to be able to take certain in-game actions from your favorite social media platform.
3) Marketing Hub: We will be able to connect projects with potential customers by leveraging our account integration system. It will be on opt-in basis, but it will allow a much more precise targeting and delivery of advertisement compared to how web3.0 projects market right now.
Investors and Partnership
Tristan is the first investee project of the Genesi DAC, aiming to invest over $100 million to build the ecosystem for METIS, and received grants from Polygon and NEAR as well.
Now, Tristan has already carried our ecological cooperation with Polygon, Metis, BSC and Ethereum. The Alpha version of Tristan alliance is serving several business partners’ communities, hosting events with award distribution for them and aroused community participation successfully.
We hope that with Tristan Alliance, we can lead the popularity of a new method of Web3.0 marketing and bring vitality to more excellent Web3.0 projects.
