As triPOS creators/supporters, currently we do not have a clear picture of the integration setups our customers are using today. By adding data analytics to the triPOS solution, we’ll be able to gather relevant information in order to:
- Better understand the number of integrations we have,
- Provide better support from a development and testing perspective,
- Target and narrow our testing efforts to devices/OSs that are actively being used in the field,
- Better gauge customer needs for future development.
