Small Business Owners often have to chat with their clients in real time and often questions are repeated a dozen time leading to the business owner's frustration therefore not treating the client well and Tripher hopes to solve that problem.
What it does
Tripher is a small business owner's co-pilot with pre-written message replies, quick access to promo content, calendar reminders, quick email templates, invoicing & receipts all at quick access.
How I built it
Tripher is a micro-app with quick integration into any platform that supports micro-apps. Built with web technologies and has servers where users can create accounts and store their data which is then synced with all platforms the micro-app runs on.
Challenges I ran into
Making the app load fast so no time is wasted.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
The app makes talking to clients much easier and saves important productivity time.
What I learned
This app can help many small business owners focus on more important conversations with clients and leave the lighter conversations to the app.
What's next for Tripher
We look forward to expanding Tripher to become a full business tool that has many tools that can catter to many different types of businesses.
