At Paypal Labs, We envisioned Mintchip as digital currency with memory. With TripChip we tried to help using transit systems like Caltrain and BART. Commuters can useTripChip app and MintChip to Plan, book and perform travel on a daily basis. Being a currency with memory Mintchip powered by TripChip allows users to skip lines and travel in a hassle free fashion. The best part is this works even under conditions of little or no connectivity, or hight trafic.
