Background of the problem:
Last time while I was travelling to native I met my friend in Bus stand.He was also travelling to native, But we couldn’t travel together even though our starting time is same, we booked buses from different agencies.
It happens many times while we are travelling, many of our friends/relatives will be travelling to same destination. But in today’s busy life we will meet them only in bus/train station/Airport.Then we will say oh You are also travelling !!!!.We could have booked the tickets together.
And just imagine yourself as travelling with known people either friends/relatives instead of travelling with unknown people. Especially for girls it introduces extra factor of safety.
Solution to Problem: Our approach is simple. Instead of meeting your friends/relatives in bus/railway station, how do you feel if you know your relatives/friends are travelling at the same day while you are booking a ticket itself, so that you people can book together and travel.
1)Sync device address book contacts to server. 2)While we are booking the ticket sever will check whether anyone in my contacts booked the ticket at the same day to same destination. 3)If so then server will send us the contact plus bus & seat details. 4)I can book ticket in the same bus, if neighbour seats are not available then we can ask service provider to provide this special service(like GoIbibo). 5)Sometimes I may be travelling with my girlfriend, To hide information while booking ticket we can enable the privacy flag so that my travel info will be hidden for my friends.
Goal:Instead of meeting your friends in bus station/airport and then saying hey you are also travelling!!!, Let's plan before only by knowing who all are travelling.
