Inspiration
We were inspired by examples shown in the opening ceremonies of hackHer and our own personal experiences with buying course supplies and trying to find affordable second hand textbooks.
What it does
This project ensures students can resell calculators, coursebooks and supplies from Queen's University and users can buy environmentally friendly (reusing/recycling, no shipping cost - all local) affordable supplies through our website!
How we built it
We built this project through python and streamlit frameworks.
Challenges we ran into
We encountered challenges such as starting streamlit, switching pages, background colours, picture rescaling, figuring out github and so much more!
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of our UI/UX design, our idea, the general functionality, and our sales pitch!
What we learned
We learned how to use streamlit, github, split up our tasks evenly, and make a website!
What's next for tricolour savings.
We are planning to add more course options, supply options, and enhancing our UI/UX design!
