I was inspired by EZCater which helps HR departments find food based on budget
What it does:
JetHR is software that filters based on budget, company policies and time. Based on budget, company policies and/or time new destinations, food and other things to do in your area are found and suggested.
How I built it:
Built this project using Next.js and Tailwind to create a modern site while ensuring it's pain-free for users. I also used Vercel to host the project
Use documentation and forums to solve any bugs
Challenges we ran into:
Learning how to create components and pages using Next.js since Next is still kinda of new to me
Reading and figure out how to solve error messages that pertain to using Next
Learning how to implement Next.js router
Accomplishments that we're proud of:
Built a independent project using Next.js and Tailwind
Learn how Next Router works and how to implement it in a projects
Deploying to Vercel
What we learned:
How to incorporate Next.js to build a project
Gained more familiarity and practice with using Next.js
What's next for JetHR:
An aauthentication system where users will see a page based on their location with different things to do such as travel destinations, food, hotels and other things after signing in.
Users will be able to filter on the page with different things to do based on budget and time.
