Inspiration
We wanted to make an app that could analyze a Spotify playlist and give you its characteristics.
What it does
Currently, our app takes a Spotify playlist and returns a list of every track contained in it.
How we built it
We used create-react-app for the front end and Google Cloud functions for calling the Spotify API.
Challenges we ran into
Getting data from an API was a lot harder than we anticipated, but we managed to do it.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Building a full, if small, React app from scratch to deployment for the first time was a great experience for Technica.
What we learned
We learned more about web development, version control, and working as a team.
