Inspiration

Climate change and deforestation remain among the most pressing global challenges. We were inspired by the idea of turning individual climate actions into measurable, community-driven impact. If people can visually see how their contributions add up globally, they’re more likely to stay engaged.

What it does

Community Tree Tracker allows users to:

  • Log tree planting activities
  • Select exact planting locations on an interactive map
  • View real-time global tree data
  • See annual CO₂ absorption estimates
  • Track total planting locations
  • Compete on a leaderboard
  • View heatmap intensity of global planting
  • Get AI-based tree species recommendations
  • The app transforms environmental action into visible, interactive data.
