Travelery

Inspiration

Inspired from in-flight entertainment software provided by Lufthansa when I was travelling to Istanbul from Detroit.

What it does

This application has three features; 1- Shows the map of popular cities in the country so that the user can see important landmarks and how to go there. 2- Commercial and customs videos provided by the authorities which helps user to prepare right documents before entry 3- Ability to create checklist. App also reminds user whether the tasks are done or not.

How we built it

We build it through Visual Studio with C# for back-end development and XAML for front-end development.

Challenges we ran into

It was a little hard to combine Mohammad`s work with my work so I downloaded the code that he wrote and combine it with my own code in a different repository.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Mohammad did great by creating the task list page. I am proud of creating the rest of the application as well as creating the app packages.

What we learned

That was Mohammad`s first hackhaton he was excited to participate. I inspired by the way he wrote the checklist page which I will use that kind of algorithm soon.
