Inspiration: I derived inspiration from a common social media trend: photo dumps. I infused my passion for photography and embedded it within web development to create a website.
What it does: My website showcases personal pictures, categorized into city and nature pictures through an image carousel.
How I built it: I used HTML and CSS.
Challenges we ran into: I tried implementing a Masonry gallery for my categorized pictures, but it kept crashing. So, I remained consistent with an image carousel.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of: I built a personal site that I can refer back to and build upon.
What I learned: Styling is not always as easy as it may seem.
What's next for Traveler's Tale: I intend to make it more interactive by adding JavaScript and expanding my website further.
