Our inspiration for this project comes from the desire to make travel planning more accessible and personalized for everyone. We wanted to harness the power of AI to create customized travel itineraries that cater to individual preferences and budget constraints.
What it does
Our AI Travel Planner is designed to generate personalized travel itineraries based on user input. It takes into account destination, budget, travel style, interests, accommodation, transportation, activities, cuisine, trip duration, and language preferences to create a comprehensive travel plan.
How we built it
We built this Travel Planner using a combination of web development technologies and natural language processing (NLP) techniques. The front end was developed using React, HTML, and CSS, while the backend relies on Node.js to handle server-side operations. We utilized AI models to generate personalized travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless user experience from start to finish.
Challenges we ran into
During the development process, we encountered various challenges, including integrating the AI models, handling user authentication, and ensuring the system generates accurate and meaningful travel plans.
